Thanks for the greetings all. My Intimidator SS is currently running about 310-315 HP, supposedly. He runs good, but with all the electrical and stereo additions, this Monte is HEAVY! So the 1/4 times would be slower than what the car is capable of.
Yes, I DID BBQ some pork in a crock pot on the way to Warren! That seems to be the most common use for the 110v outlet in the trunk. The pic of my car in the Warren photos shows a big white plastic tub in the trunk. That's what the crock pot sat in during the trip, to avoid spillage problems.
As for the Solstice GXP, "Lucy", she's a turbo'd 2.0L I4 automatic 5 speed RWD car. Stock they run 260 HP. With the mod's and tune she has, she is running 350-360 HP! More is in there, but she needs to have a bigger turbo to get it out. She HOLDS 26 pounds of boost! This is LadyT's little rocket ship! She is was bought last December, and she has oover 10,000 miles on her all ready! She's a DRIVER, not a garage queen like so many are. This is where my mod money is going now. I'm all done modding the Intimidator SS, as long as the Stereo system is in there.
On a different note, we hired a Church "friend" to do some work on our pool deck, and we let him use LadyT's '99 Silverado Sportside while he was working for us. Good by to him, the truck, and several items from the garage and shed. I found the power tools and speakers in a couple of pawn shops, but a laptop computer, the truck, and him are still missing. He has a wife and 3 kids, the oldest 14. He will be going with me to this meet in Elgin. His name is Nate', and he's a GREAT kid, like his Mom is. I hope he has a good time today. LadyT is staying home to watch the house. It's a 911 thing!

A happy ending to the Silverado saga. We got a call yesterday morning that they apprehended the man that took the truck, sleeping in a rest area about 30 miles from here. We was able to get the truck back today. $235 impound fees, but it's back. The only damage I can find is stains like gray spray paint on the passenger side door handle. He was painting our deck gray. ?????
